This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for an Easy Diagnost Eleva, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, 1500 N Westwood Blvd Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options.
