- Description
- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) seeks a contractor to design and construct an E85 pumping station to be fed by a 10,000 gallon double-walled fiberglass underground storage tank at their existing fueling station. The project includes the design and construction of a new underground storage tank, new pumping islands, connection to existing monitoring and accounting systems, site lighting, pavement and curb cuts, and required containment systems. A new traffic pattern shall also be developed to manage the anticipated flow of traffic through the station. The work also includes options to a) modify the existing gasoline pumping configuration and b) add Photovoltaic-Powered Lighting. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 3, 2007. The due date for receipt of proposals will be on or about September 4, 2007. The solicitation will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR ALL CHANGES!! The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
