- Previous synopsis is hereby amended to include option quantities for 2009 for SERDs 2052 Tool Set, Mini MK IV and 2064 Tool Set, Seal Replacement. The Government intends to procure this equipment under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Section 6.302-1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAR-2008). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 20-MAR-2008.
