- Description
- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Specialty Center Acquisition NAVFAC, Code AQ00, Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District (MDAQMD) of Victorville, CA 92392-2231. The MDAQMD is the only source to provide District-equivalent support that is acceptable to the California Air Resource Board (CARB) for regulatory compliance purposes. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedure. (SAP), FAR Part 13. See Notes 22.
