- This procurement is to obtain Aerial Spraying of Herbicies at Jim Creek Naval Radio Station located outside Arlington Washington. The sparying must be performed during a tight window between the period 1 July 2008 and 31 August 2008. Due to the criticality of the services required a 100% Payment and Performance bonds are required of the successful Proposer.
