- Description
- The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Telonics of Mesa, AZ for seven (7) each LPT-125 satellite-linked walrus behavioral data loggers and housings designed for crossbow deployment. These items were developed by USGS and Telonics and there is no other known source that can provide a similar item that will provide consistency in data results with the Telonics loggers. Items will be shipped to Anchorage, AK. The proposed contract action is for goods for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer by e-mail (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in the announcement.
