- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement for goat and/or sheep grazing for various Wildland Urban Interface Units (WUI) at the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge Complex (NWRC) to help in fire supression. It is anticipated that multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contracts for a base and four option years will be awarded to supply the animals as specified in the statement of work which can be found Section C of the Solicitation. This will be a 'best value' procurement with award based on past performance/experience with similar requirements and price. Past performance/experience with similar requirements is more important than price. Please provide at least 2 references for work performed within the past 3 years. Solicitation number 801818Q143 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov". No further notice will be posted on Fedbizopps. Interested vendors must be registered in the CCR, "http://www.ccr.gov A site visit is scheduled for March 26 at 12:00 pm (noon) for the Sacramento River NWRC sites. Please meet in the parking lot at the Pine Creek Unit. Directions: From Hamilton City, proceed east toward Chico. After crossing the Sacramento River, approx. 1/2 mile you will see the sign for the Pine Creek Unit. Follow the road back to the parking area.
