Description: For Building 360, to replace windows on the second and third floors to match those on the first floor, replace outer edge of EPDM roof, replace metal fascia panels, replace gutters and downspouts, and apply EIFS top coat to entire building exterrior of Building 360 all in accordance with the Government Drawings and Specifications. Drawings & Specifications (Technical Data Package - TDP) shall be uploaded to FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) fifteen-days after the posting of the synopsis to FedBizOpps. Please go to the synopsis-solicitation on FedBizOpps and follow the link to FedTeDS. Click on the Job Order Request (JOR) for that particular solicitation. Click on each Technical Data Item and download. Drawings may be downloaded and copie d to CD for reproduction. Please be advised that REPS and CERTS and BID OFFER Guarantee will be required at time of Bid Opening on 22 April 2008, at 2:00 PM.The magnitude for this effort is $250,000 to $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds . The period of performance for this effort is 120 days. Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $144.00 per day for any unauthorized schedule ove rruns.The con tractor will be required to provide a construction performance schedule (MS Project Format) and a Schedule of Values for Progress Payments prior to start of work.
