Description: For Building 1202East, East Elevation only, requires repairs of EIFS at head of second floor windows, repair cracks at the third floor area EIFS, re-finish third floor EIFS, and clean out and caulk vertical joints at columns in accordance with Govern ment Drawings and Specifications. Drawings & Specifications (Technical Data Package - TDP) shall be uploaded to FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) fifteen-days after the posting of the synopsis to FedBizOpps. Please go to the synopsis-solicitation on FedBizOpps and follow the link to FedTeDS. Click on the Job Order Request (JOR) for that particular solicitation. Click on each Technical Data Item and download. Drawings may be downloaded and copied to CD for reproduction. Please be advised that REPS and CERTS and a BID OFFER Guarantee will be required at time of Bid Opening on 22 April 2008, at 1:30 PM.The magnitude for this effort is $100,000-$250,000-IAW FAR 36.204. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds . The period of performance for this effort is 100 days. Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $80.00 per day for any unauthorized schedule overruns.The contractor will be required to provide a construction performa nce schedule (MS Project Format) and a S chedule of Values for Progress Payments prior to start of work.
