- This new effort is to replace the existing obsolete Fire Alarm System with a new addressable type Fire Alarm System to include a Radio Reporting System, and the installation of Carbon Monoxide Detectors in accordance with the Government Drawings and Specifications for Building 362 Fort Monmouth, NJ. Drawings & Specifications (Technical Data Package - TDP) shall be uploaded to FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) fifteen-days after the posting of the synopsis to FedBizOpps. Please go to the s ynopsis-solicitation on FedBizOpps and follow the link to FedTeDS. Click on the Job Order Request (JOR) for that particular solicitation. Click on each Technical Data Item and download. Drawings may be downloaded and copied to CD for reproduction. You may have them downloaded and reproduced by a reprographics firm. http://www.fbo.gov/ https://www.fedteds.gov/ This Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Please be advised that REPS and CERTS and a BID OFFER Guarantee w ill be required at time of Bid Opening on 24 April 2008, at 1:30 PM. The magnitude for this effort is $100,000-$250,000-IAW FAR 36.204. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds . The period of performance for this effort is 100 days. Liquidat ed Damages will be assessed at $100.00 per day for any unauthorized schedule overruns.The contractor will be required to provide a construction performance schedule (MS Project Format) and a S chedule of Values for Progress Payments prior to start of work.
