- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Principle NAICS is 332439 and size standard is 500 employees. The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) requires 20 foot ISO Type 3 (Non-Carc)Carg o Containers. The Government intends to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. Requirement: Quantity (20 ea), 20 foot ISO Type 3 Cargo C ontainer. Containers will be delivered to Jacksonville, Florida, zip code 32221.
