The Government intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 for the above products and training to Robert A Denton, Inc. Note: T his firm is the sole provider of the products and training being requested. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. All responses received within 5 days after date of publi cation of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
