- Description
- The Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to award a sole source purchase order to LHL REALTY COMPANY DC, LLC, the owner of the building located at 601 D Street, NW, Washington, DC. In an effort to safeguard the integrity of their building, moreover, to insure the welfare of the building occupants, the owner(s) and their representative will provide a limited list of approved vendors that have prior authorization to work within their building's infrastructure and will not authorize any unapproved outside contractors to perform space alternations or construction work in their building. The DOJ has a requirement to alter portions of the 10th floor of this building to include the reconfiguration of existing partitions, paint, carpet, and shall also require the accessing of the building's electrical, and mechanical plants for outlets, reflected lighting plans, HVAC reconfiguration(s) and sprinkler work. The estimated magnitude of construction threshold for this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This notice is not a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers.
