- Description
- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to relocate Mud Island Upper Ranges, Philadelphia, PA. Major work items include: Removal of existing structure at Mud Island Upper Range Rear including foundation and fabrication of new pipe tower. At Mud Island Upper Range Front, perform pile penetration test at new location prior to pile fabrication, fabricate and install new range structure, provide and install battery box, and install solar panel array. The NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $31.0M. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than March 27, 2008. The information may be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist at patricia.j.korenchen@uscg.mil or faxed to 216-902-6278/6277. Responses shall include the following information: Reference number HSCG83-08-B-3WQ062, Company name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address; business size (large/small), disadvantaged, 8(a), or HUBZone status; and, Evidence that the contractor has performed similar projects (past performance history).
