- PR 0013388665 RFP SPM4M1-08-R-0041 NSN: 3110-01-513-6327, BEARING, ROLLER, CYLINDRICAL, in accordance with CFM International, Inc. cage 58828, P/N: 335-352-303-0. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. The NSN is on an approved FY08 Foreign Bearing Waiver: The DFARS Foreign Bearing restriction (Reference DFARS 225.7009 and 252.225-7016) has been waived for this procurement action due to lack of domestic/Canadian sourcing. A letter solicitation for a quantity of 60 each with a 100% option will be issued with expected award to sole source CFM International, Inc. against their Basic Ordering Agreement.
