- Description
- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION/NOTICE OF INTENT for commerical supplies. The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, Md on behalf of the Ophthalmology-PRK intends to award a sole source procurement to AMO SALES AND SERVICES FOR Conventional Treatment Cards and Custom View Key Cards. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAR-2008).
