- Description
- This requirement is sole source to Hupp Aerospace/Defense (Cage 0JT27), New Haven, IN. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a two year (basic year and one annual option) firm fixed price contract for the Parts Kits applicable to the HH-60 Helicopter. NSN: 1680-01-545-4412GC, P/N: HAD130BWR, Noun: PARTS KIT, SEAL REPL. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the OEM and only known source of the parts contained in the kit. Basic year quantity is twenty (20) each, to be delivered to Robins AFB by June 2008; option year quantities are 1-10 each. Only newly manufactured materials will be considered. Numbered note 22 and 26 applies. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2007).
