- Description
- This contract will be utilized to execute a broad range of minor maintenance, repair, and construction projects on real property at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota (EAFB). The projects will include tasks in a variety of trades such as demolition, excavation, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, mechanical (including HVAC), millwork, and other specialty and general contracting work in family housing as well as industrial/office buildings on Ellsworth AFB and Dakota Ridge Government housing located approximately 12 miles southwest of Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City. (NOTE: Extent of work to be accomplished under this contract concerning military family housing on both Ellsworth AFB and Dakota Ridge does not include normal maintenance, repair, painting, heating, air conditioning, some mechanical, etc., which is covered under the Military Family Housing contract.). The minimum guarenteed amount for the life of the contract with or without options exercised is $1,000.00 per contract awarded. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html to be eligible. A solicitation will be forth coming in the month of March. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-JAN-2008).
