- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Blackboard Inc., 1899 L St NW, Washington DC 20036-3804, in accordance with FAR 6.302, on an other than full and open competition basis, to acquire an Integration Tool, to include customization, hosting, and maintenance services, that will integrates data from the Student Information System (SIS) into the current Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard. The tool must have the capability to enable DoDEA to efficiently enroll students in online courses through automated procedures. This will be a firm, fixed-price type contract with one base year plus two option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement by the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
