- NAICS Code: 443120 NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS: The United States Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to Microsoft Corporation pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 443120. Microsoft will provide their Microsoft Premier Support Services for a period of one year including support from a dedicated Technical Account Manager and Profession Field Engineer. As Microsoft Corporation is a unique provider of this service subscription, it is in the Government's best interests to enter into a sole source agreement to obtain the services and products from Microsoft Corporation. The Purchase Order is to be administered for the period from date of award to date-of-award plus one year. This is sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the foregoing product may submit a response to this notice within 10 days of synopsis publication to Ms. Sini Jacob at jacob.sini@epa.gov. Information furnished shall include enough detailed documentation to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
