- Description
- This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source purchase order to 4010 Consulting Inc. for support services to transition from Ellipse to ATLASS/SASSY/MIMMS/STRATIS. The technical scope of this task is intended to cyclically review Blount Island Command plans to transition from Ellipse to Standard Marine Corps logistics support systems ATLASS/SASSY/MIMMS/STRATIS. These reviews will provide a knowledgeable and credible third party opinion regarding the use of current systems architecture to proposed Command systems architecture. Where applicable these reviews shall provide recommendations with regard to both current and proposed systems. The NAICS code is 541618, size standard is 6.5 million. A formal solicitation will not be issued. Any responsible small business may submit a quote which may be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must be submitted by 1200 noon Friday, 21 March 2008. No telephone inquires will be accepted. Response shall be submitted by e-mail only to marsha.vereen@bic.usmc.mil.
