- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to enter into negotiations on a sole-source basis with Hydraulics International for the following: 10 each hydraulic component test stands. The Contractor will use residual inventory from a recently terminated contract that is in various stages of completion and current condition is unknown. The proposed contract action is for the refurbishment of component parts to be used to complete manufacture of the end articles, acceptance and qualification testing, conversion of Air Force formatted and commercial ILS documentation into Navy format, and installation support. This procurement is being solicited under authority of FAR 6.302-1: only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals must be received with 15 days of this notice. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on responses received to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
