Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Missile Systems. This Order will provide for Engineering and Management Support, analysis, design, validation, and verification for the Joint Standoff Weapon Autonomous Targeting Acquisition (ATA) Wizard Black Box (BB).
