- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a vendor to bid on the item listed below. USAMRAA is seeking BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Tyco Mallinckr odt part number CT9000, ADV Injector, Quantity = 2. Essential characteristics are computed tomography contrast media delivery system, accommodates both 200ml disposable and 125 ml Ultraject prefilled syringes, menu-driven software. Items are to be shippe d direct to Tracy, CA 95376. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. W81XWH-08-T-0128 is issued by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation do cument and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 3841; the North A merican Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112; the FSC 6515.
