- THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS. The work consists of channel excavation, backfill, storm drains, articulated concrete blocks, metal sheet piling, relief wells, sub-drainage system, storm drains, roads, fencing, and turf reinforcement mat. Estimated completion time is 900 calendar days. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about 23 April 2008. The estimated cost range for this project is more than $10 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NA ICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $31 million. Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc.
