- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, requires a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business contractor to provide Construction of Disposal Area Improvements and Weir Completion, Disposal Area 14B, Savannah Harbor, Jasper County, Sou th Carolina. Procurement of these services will result in a fixed price contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The contract will be solicited and procured using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (L PTA) Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15.101-2. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 21 April 2008. The RFP closing date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issue d. This solicitation is Set-Aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. All responsible service disabled veteran owned small businesses may submit a proposal, which if responsive, shall be considered. The Standard Industrial Classificatio n Code (SIC) is 1629, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, and the size standard if $18,500,000.00. This project may include Options. Contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prio r to award of this contract. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors much be registered in the CCR and at the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeds) Homepage (https://www.fedteds.gov)in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the website for notices and amendments. No additional media (CD-R OM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided.
