- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District anticipates awarding a contract for the purchasing of 22,000 gallons of diesel fuel low grade sulfur for Graham Burke Pumping Station located approximately 10 miles west of Mellwood, AR. Go to Levee and turn south, go approximately 3 miles to pumping station. The solicitation number is W912EQ-08-Q-0005 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% set-asid e for small business. The associated NAICS code is 424720 with a size of 100 personnel. All responsible sources may submit at quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regu lar mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation to include all charges. Contractor shall submit completed clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications, Commercial Items.
