- Description
- The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) intends to solicit and award an Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with Time-and-Materials (T&M), Cost (R&D only), and Firm-Fixed-Pric e (FFP) task orders for a period of five (5) years. The NAICS code 541330 has been assigned to this acquisition, which applies a $25M size standard for small businesses. This acquisition will provide support to Department of Defense (DOD), other Federal Agencies, and when authorized by legislation, state and local Government agencies in the areas of research and development, technology insertion, system integration/installation, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, logistic su pport services, training and engineering support services, including re-engineering and reverse engineering, for a range of equipments and services under the Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G) Program. The Government reserves the right to make up to ten awards. Four (4) awards will be reserved for small business concerns, including one reserved for an 8(a) small business and one for Small-Disadvantaged-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business (SDVOSB). Awards will be made based upon the best overall proposals, w hich are determined to be the best value to the Government. Specifications of performance, delivery, and location will be provided on a Task Order basis. Any interested offerors should monitor the IBOP for updated schedules including the anticipated soli citation release date as well as the anticipated award date. The U.S. Army CECOM LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requ est for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in viewing the solicitation and/or submitting a bid should register with the IBOP by calling the IBOP at 1-888-414-2677 or by visiting the Interact ive Business Opportunities Page at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil and registering under User Services, User Registration. Drawings can be downloaded from the IBOP as instructed above.
