- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and material. Contractor furnished parts shall be either manufacturers original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering tested vendor. No su rplus parts shall be used or applied. Input/Output NSN: 4920-01-412-4978/4920-01-535-3520 Input/Output P/N: 7-362300003-603/2300000-30 The proposed contractual action will be an Option contracts with a Base year plus with a two year opti on for a total quantity of 140 each. This is a Maintenance and Overhaul type contract. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement for this requirement; however the Original Equipment Manager (OEM) is DRS Technologies & Imaging Systems, Inc. (CAGE 540 89), 138 Bauer Drive Oakland, New Jersey 07436-3105. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by m ail or datafax. No datafax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not c lose prior to the closing date stated above.
