- Description
- The Seckenheim Regional Contracting Office Stuttgart Sub-Office (RCO Stuttgart) intends to solicit competitive proposals on an unrestricted basis for Hotel Accommodations and Conference Support Service within 2.5 kilometers of Mainz old town, Germany . This requirement is for approximately 100 sleeping rooms to be reserved for conference attendees per night. Accommodations shall include continental breakfast, maid service daily, fresh towels daily and linen service at least every other day. Conferenc e support will be needed as well to include conference rooms, breakout rooms, AV support, meals, and coffee breaks. Contemplated award type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance from May 12th-14th 2008. Solicitation will resul t in only one award. Anticipated contract start date is May 12th 2008. This commercial acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 and supplemented by FAR Parts 12, and 15. Request for Proposal W912PE-08-T-7067 will be issued on or about March 25th 2008 and proposals will be due on or about March 31st 2008. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register with FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov to receive the solicitation and to monitor the site frequently for amendments or other information. The sol icitation may be accessed and downloaded at FedBizOpps or the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. No paper, email or fax copies will be provided. Responsibility for obtaining the solici tation rests solely with potential offerors. The solicitation will include all necessary information and instructions. All proposals from responsible offerors will be considered. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at (www.ccr.gov), and must have a Duns and Bradstreet Number (www.d&b.com).
