Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management is looking for General Construction firms that are SDVOSB, VOSB, and/or WOSB. Additionally, the VA is looking for General Construction firms that are SBA certified in the following programs: 8(a), 8(a) ANC, HUBZone and SDB. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $31.0 Million, a bonding capacity of approximately $30.0 Million, and must have general construction and site development experience with contracts as the prime contractor in the $20.0 to $50.0 Million range. The project will include construction of a two-story, approximately 98,000 SF, Mental Health facility, site work, underground utilities, relocation of existing and construction of new utility systems and associated facilities, construction of roadways and parking lots, landscaping, and incidental related work. The project Architect is Blitch Knevel / Leo A Daly Joint Venture, 8600 Indian Hills Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68114-4039. The project site is located on the Grounds of the VA Medical Center, Biloxi, Mississippi. At this time, no solicitation exists, therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A SOLICITATION.
