- Description
- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office wishes to contract, on a requirements basis, for the purchase of F-18 FDG. The period of performance shall be one (1) year with a Government Option period of one (1) year. The intended procurement will be classified with a NAICS code of 423450 with a size classification of 500 employees. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, management, and supplies necessary to provide the product required. Additionally, due to the extremely short half-life of F-18 FDG, any contractor wishing to submit an offer should know that only offers whose product comes from cyclotrons located within 50 miles of both the Saint Louis VAMC and the Kansas City VAMC will be considered. The solicitation, which shall include the statement of work and offer submission details, shall be released on or about March 20, 2008. Contractor must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, DUNS number, Cage Code, and TIN.
