- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office intends to negotiate sole source procurement in accordance with the FAR Part 13 with Motion Analysis Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The procurement is for a complete Eagle Digital Real Time Camera System. The system includes Eagle digital cameras, compatible software, Ethernet cable connection between camera and tracking station for both power and video transmission near IR lights. Furthermore, the Eagle digital camera system will be used in the Gait Lab to obtain a comprehensive integrated picture of complex motion with extreme accuracy. Real-Time capabilities allow the technician to see capture results at the same instant as the specific task is being performed. Contractor shall agree to deliver and install the new Eagle digital camera system at the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center. Contractor shall also be responsible for providing on-site training on system operation and applications. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement or submit a proposal. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all quotes received by March 28, 2008, 4:00 PM Standard Pacific Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
