- Description
- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for project 538-08-130 "Replace Street Lights" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 210 calendars days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Drawings and Specifications will be available on Fedbizopps website on or about April 2, 2008. Once the specifications and drawings are available on Fedbizopps, contractors may request one (1) hard copy set by submitting a written request to 740-772-7008. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Valerie.Morris@va.gov or faxed to 740-772-7008. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The pre-bid conference and site visit information will be provided in the specifications. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS 236220
