- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) intends to negotiate and award, a purchase order to Merial Limited, located in Athens GA. The proposed contract action is Rabies Virus-Vectored Vaccine Baits to orally immunize wildlife, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and ability by responding with a capability statement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination weather to compete the action is solely the discretion of the Government.
