- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design and install pony chiller; modify existing system to resolve commissioning issues; and, optimize performance of related plant with new chiller. This work surfaced under GSA construction contract GS-10P-04-LTC-0048 but couldn?t be awarded, under that contract, as a change order, given lack of funding. Given the potential duplication of cost and the project understanding needed to successfully modify the installed design, GSA believes only 1 responsible source is available, but will consider all responses.
