- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue solicitation N65236-08-R-0097 as a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Critical Communications, Inc., (Criticom), 4211 Forbes Boulevard, Lanham, MD 20706-4330. This procurement is for technical refresh, integration, and technical support of existing classified and non-classified Video Teleconferencing (VTC) sites for the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). This includes the procurement of Integrated Secure Encryption Controller (ISEC) Video Teleconferencing switches which allow the user to switch between secure and non-secure communications. Criticom is the manufacturer of the ISEC-320 and holds the proprietary rights. The ISEC-320 is the only secure video switch on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) approved product list and is JITC certified. This is a new procurement action and is not intended as a follow-on to any existing contracts. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 7035. The NAICS Code is 423430 with a size standard of 100 employees. This is a notice of intent and is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
