- Reference FISC Philadelphia control number 2008-1204 and NPWC Doc. N4008508RCE0783. Contractor will provide rental of uniforms for twenty five (25) Government Civilian Personnel for the period 21 April 2008 through 20 April 2009. Rental includes weekly pick up and exchange of uniforms. Each employee will receive a uniform set consisting of 1 jacket or coat color light blue with 2 pockets in front, 11 pairs of pants - color dark blue, 11 long sleeve shirts - color light blue with 2 pockets in front, 5 short sleeve shirts - color light blue with 2 pockets in front, each shirt will have 2 white patches sewn on front, above both pockets. The patch above the left pocket will have the employee's first name embroidered on it - color royal blue. Second choice color is dark blue. The patch above the right pocket will have the work location embroidered on it (same color as name). Type of cloth: all pants and shirts will be stay pressed 100% cotton material. Weekly pick up and de livery location: Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ 07722. This requirement is set aside 100% for small buisness.
