- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are being requested 26 March 2008. PROJECT INFORMATION: Solicitation No. W9128F-08-T-0038. On or about 10 March 2008, this office will issue a Request for Quotation to dredge approximately 6000 CYs (area approximately 60 feet wide, 550 feet long and 5 feet deep), from the access channel to the Dakota Water Main Boat Ramp and Concession, located approximately 10 miles north of Beulah, ND. Contractor to provide all plant, labor , equipment and materials necessary to construct a Berm for the temporary storage area, dredge the channel, by 1 May 2008. The contractor will than be required to haul the dredged material from the temporary site to a permanent disposal area between 1 Aug ust 2008 and 30 August 2008. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Quotes will be due by close of business on 26 March 2008. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation only under North American Industrial C lassification System (NAICS) Code 237990 with a size standard of $31.0 million.
