- Contracting Office Address CECOM LCMC Acquisition Center - W15P7T, ATTN: AMSEL-AC-CA-RT-AC, Bldg. 1208, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703 Description The US Army CECOM LCMC intends to acquire technical assistance in support of the AN/FPN-6 6A Air Traffic Control (ATC) Radar Surveillance Systems. This requirement will result in a no-cost extension to existing contract DAAB07-03-D-N207 for up to two (2) months of Technician Support and necessary Technical Assistance Visits. A non-competitive award to Thales ATM Inc, Shawnee, Kansas under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 is anticipated. Thales has been the only responsible source who has demonstrated the necessary technical expertise and facilities to perform the required se rvices. The resulting action may include both Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) components. This effort will utilize funds, in the amount of approximately $100,000.00, already existing on contract. See note 22.
