- This proposed contract will be for the relocation of a drive thru blast booth currently located at Fort Bliss, Texas, to Building 350, Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. This is to disassemble, transport, and re-assemble the unit. Com plete details and specifications will be in the solicitation document.
