- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for a project / contract entitled Maintain Aprons and Taxiways for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, 171 Air Refueling Wing, Coraopolis, PA which intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single, fir m fixed-price contract for non-personal services. The contract will consists of, but not limited to, the contractor providing ALL MATERIALS, TOOLS, FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR AND SUPERVISION NEEDED to repair existing damaged concrete slabs on aprons and taxiways. Order of Magnitude will be over $500,000. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximate 120 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. Full details will be available in the upcoming solicita tion which will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement from the Nationwide NG Posting for Electronic Business Solicitations (EBS) on-line at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp All requests for solicitations shall go through the EBS website. Interested bidders are required to register on the EBS website to access/download the solicitation. Clicking on the solicitation number link will start the registration process. Interested bidde rs must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation and associated information minus the plans and specifications will be available only from the EB S website. Bid Due Date shall be included in the solicitation.
