- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Director of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Softech, Inc., 59 Composite Way, Lowell, MA 01851. The contractor shall provide ProductCenter Ann ual Maintenance Support Services. Softech is the sole proprietor, therefore no other company can provide the required support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811212 and the size standard is $23M. Intere sted persons may identify their interest in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, March 18, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive prop osals or a solicitation of offers.
