- Description
- 700th Contracting Squadron at Kaiserslautern, Germany, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Personnel Systems Management (PSM) and Base Enlisted Specialty Training (BEST). Service Provider shall furnish all management, personnel, tools, equipment, supplies and services, including travel and transportation necessary to accomplish Base Level Personnel Database Management (BLPDM), Personnel Database Management (PDM) and Base Enlisted Specialty Training (BEST) including squadron level support to Geographically Separated Units (GSU). All services are predominantly performed in Germany on Government installations. Period of Performance (POP) comprises of a Phase-In Period (1 Jun 08 ? 30 Jun 08), Basic Period (1 Jul 08 ? 30 Nov 08) and two option periods (1 Dec 08 ? 30 Nov 09 & 1 Dec 09 ? 30 Nov 10). Logistic Support: None provided ?Contractor must be authorized to perform business in Germany and overseas locations. DD254-Contractor is required to hold a US Secret Facility Clearance. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541990. This is an unrestricted procurement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local (German) and US regulations.
