- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting firm fixed price quotations to validation of the integrity, quality, and assignment of ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 codes, based on medical record documentation, to the data contained in the outpatient VistA Patient Care Encounter (PCE) database at each VISN 12 facility and, subsequently data billed. Contract period of performance is May 12, 2008 through August 10, 2008. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their quote. Offerors shall be evaluated on past performance, technical expertise, price and SDVOSB. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, $6.5 million dollars. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about March 17, 2008.
