- 1. Blanket Purchase Agreement: A blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing ?charge accounts? with qualified sources of supply. Reference FAR 13.303. Maritime Administration, Division of Pacific Operations, will be awarding BPAs to small businesses interested in receiving future ship repair work ithe local San Francisco Bay area. When applicable, a Statement of Work will be solicited through a Request For Quote (RFQ) or other electronic record. Resulting order will be a "Call" against vendors BPA. 2. The period of performance for this BPA is three years, 4/01/08 through 03/31/2011. The period of performance for the statement of work issued will be within the "Call". 3. BPA Purchase Limitation - Individual "Call" limit is $100,000.00. The BPA limit is $1,000,000.00. There are no minimums quantities. 4. NAICS is 336611 Ship Repair. 5. Services will be set-aside to small businesses unless otherwise noted in the RFQ. Vendor must maintain registration at ccr.gov and ocra.gov. 6. Include the BPA number in the email subject line DTMA4A08001.
