- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine is soliciting proposals for a wide range of systems engineering services to support the grants management system for the Electronic Records Administration (eRA) of the NIH. The eRA?s mission is to: (1) to support the NIH and HHS research grants program from initiative planning and application submission through grant closeout and reporting and (2) to electronically capture and manage research related data. The resultant contract will be a Performance Based Services Contract under Full and Open Competition procedures.
