- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy???s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for a Thermax 500 High Pressure TGA System, or equal/equivalent with the salient characteristics shown (last page of RFQ after all the clauses). If an equal/equivalent product is quoted, the quote must include supporting documentation as to the equivalency. The vendor must also supply company literature showing the product and description of capabilities to confirm compatibility to specifications listed in this RFQ. Attachment A: Solicitation 08000275 with all pertinent clauses that apply to all offerors submitting a price quotation. Attachment B: Fax cover sheet for all quotations. The information requested on form must be submitted by all offerors whether faxed or emailed this form must be included with your bid.
