- Description
- The African Development Foundation (ADF) intends to make a sole-source award for the acquisition of Country Program Coordinator (CPC) Services. These services will be required for approximately six months. The CPC is responsible for the oversight of the ADF program in the assigned country. The CPC ensures that the ADF programs are well managed, and have significant, positive impacts on the enterprises, grassroots groups and communities being served. The CPC liaises with government officials; non-governmental organizations, community groups and associations, and the business community to promote ADF?s locally led development approach and disseminate the lessons learned from projects funded by ADF. The CPC is the principal contact point for ADF?s clients and applicants, development practitioners and the host country government. The CPC monitors the implementation of projects funded by ADF and reviews, clears and reports on all deliverables submitted by clients. ADF establishes a partnership arrangement with a local organization (Partner) with expertise in supporting small businesses and community development initiatives which provides general technical assistance to clients. The CPC collaborates with the Partner to ensure high quality client service and effective implementation of the ADF country program.
