- Numbered Note 1 is applicable to this procurement. The NAICS code of this solicitation is hereby changed to 332439 with a size of 500 employees. Any offeror with 500 or less employees qualifies as a small business. The response time to this solicitation is extended. All responses are due by 10:00 AM EST on March 21, 2008. All offerors shall send their responses electronically via email directly to the Transportation Security Administration, Office of Acquisition, Security Operations Acquisition Division, Narissa Charles, Contract Specialist at Narissa.Charles1@dhs.gov This solicitation is being extended as a result of industry feedback, inquiry and in an effort to promote competition. Offerors are encouraged to participate and should contact the appropriate POC if they need any assistance. Per FAR.212-1 (e) Multiple offers. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions or commercial items for satisfying the requirements of this solicitation.
